Will a dyndns work for Windows Vista Home Premium?

Remote access to Windows XP home edition

I need to be able to access my computer while in indiana, but I only have Vista Home Premium. Will I be able to set up a DynDNS to do this, or does this only work for computers set up for Remote Desktop?
