I need some major help. I am trying to gain control of my domain registration, but it is under my former consultants account and he wants lots of money for it. How can I get the domain registration moved into my account? |

That depends on the TLD (top level domain, such as .com etc) who your domain is registered with and what, if anything, you have to prove that you are the rightful owner. There is a dispute process but it's only valid where trademarks are involved. Whatever you do you should start with discussing the situation with a qualified lawyer.
