where can I find the file to the "It works!" page? I would like to edit it.

Normally you would replace it with your own, but of course it is possible to modify the default Apache page as well.

The exact file locations depend on what OS you're using. However, you should be able to find all the information you need within the Apache configuration files (usually located in /etc/apache2 or /etc/apache).
