I can view my home cameras on my ipad with no problem when away. BUT when trying to access with my laptop I get "the webpage cannot be displayed". Any idea why? The laptop is usually on my home network and can display the cameras when at home through my router but now that I am away, I can't see them on here. |

You're using the same process as when using the iPad, trying to connect to the same URL? Where is the update client running, on your laptop or another device? |

i cannot connect my laptop dell windows7 home basic, in my desktop connect live cameras os xp, what we do You can ask your own question, not post it as an answer to somebody's unrelated question.
