To set up auto-renew, log into your account, go to "My Services", and select "Auto Renew Settings" from the menu at the left. If you're lazy, the direct URL is https://www.dyndns.com/account/services/autorenew/ You can pick one year, 2 years or 5 years for the renewal period. Just ensure that you keep your choice of payment current since otherwise the renewal will fail. You may also want to synchronise your service renewals (https://www.dyndns.com/account/services/sync/).
