Hi, all of a sudden, several of our LanCom-Routers cannot update DynDNS anymore. Errormessage: SSL connect error: Unknown TLSv1 alert However, when I enter the used URL to update http://name:pass@members.dyndns.org/nic/update?system=dyndns&hostname=blah.dynalias.com&myip=1.2.3.4&wildcard=NOCHG&mx=blah.dynalias.com&backmx=NO into Firefox, it works! I'm not the only LanCom-User with this Problem (according to http://www.lancom-forum.de). It worked for over 2 years, and stopped working without me changing anything on the Routers. Help?!? |

We haven't made any changes on our end that should affect your update clients. Not sure what's going on with the Lancom devices. Perhaps a firmware upgrade that broke their update client. Not really sure. |

Hi, i just updated 8 Routers (1711VPN) to LCOS 8.00. Five of them worked directly and still do, even after a few reboots of DSL Modem and/or router itself. I lost connection to one of the Routers, will have to phone up during office hours tomorrow. On two of the routers i had to run the Dynamic DNS Wizard to get them working again. HTH, Matthias |

Random SSL problems often seem to have an incorrect clock as the underlying cause - check the date and time on your LanCom routers. |

I checked the time settings in our Lancom Routers. There are right. We have the same problem @ all our Lancom routers, since yesterday!!! Need help! Thx! |
