Hi I have a dns name of http://thetvshop.dvrdns.org this accesses my bt home hub page no problem when no ports are forwarded. I have studied my dvr's manual and pfconfic have opened my ports for me etc , the problem is, as soon as i open ports 80, 37777 and 37778 when i type in my dns name or ip address all i get is unable to display page, i can access my dvr from my network no problem but not outside. My dvr is an adata appollo dvr. I have spent 3 weeks now looking at posts and different manuals and contacting pfconfig online help but i still cant access my cameras , can someone please help me!! |

Have you worked through this guide? A quick test with the open port tool shows none of your ports as being open. Note that some DVRs cannot be accessed from outside the network they are on because of limitations in their software. |

it looks like the port forwarding did not set up properly.
