I already searched the forum, but couldn't find a solution to my problem... I have a fix IP (88.79.172.4) at home and "lohde.com" on the Network Solutions DNS, pointing to that IP. My server runs, everything's fine... But since my line's to slow, I added another internet provider with cable, but without a fixed IP, so I have this IP entered automatically into http://lohde.dyndns.org, which works perfectly... Now the only thing, that would make life perfect, is the possibility to connect "data.lohde.com" with the IP that's deposited at http://lohde.dyndns.org (or have it redirected). I manage my domain "lohde.om" through the NetSol-DNS, where I can enter only a prefix (in this case "data.") and an IP. I read on the webhop help page something about 204.13.248.125, but I'm not sure, if that's correct. And if it's correct, what do I enter under "Add new web hop"? What exactly would be the hostname (data.lohde.com?) and the redirect (lohde.dyn.dns.org?)...? Thanks for your help, Lothar |

The simplest answer is to move your domain to use Custom DNS, then you can update |

Finally I found a thread with the exact same problem, and sadly enough there's no thing like DNS forwarding, as long as NetSol's involved... Thanks for the help & have a nice weekend, Lothar |
