how to set up the host to re-direct to the web cam ip

I have a web cam and I did a host on dyndns. I entered the ip of the camera but after some time the host is not following the new ip and i need to change it manually into my dyndns page. THE ROUTER IS SHOWING no ACTIVE the host I entered . The router/internet provider is saying that it is a problem of dynds set up. What can I do ? I am living in Italy Rgds Sergio
