Custom dns not redirecting to correct site. Why?

Hi My ISP has port 80 block, as such I have to redirect my web to an alternative port.

I have followed the instruction from : https://www.dyndns.com/support/kb/webhops_redirections.html#cloaking

But after redirecting to the alternative URL and many methods it is still not working.

This is the alternative URL that is working : http://singaporeforextrader.com:63112/home

http://www.singaporeforextrader.com is supposed to webhop to

http://singaporeforextrader.com:63112/home , but it nevers get redirect to that site.

Why is it not working and what could I have done wrong?
