Presales Phone Number

Hello,

I'm having a difficult time determining what I need. Is there a pre-sales phone number? And I refuse to pay for premium support for a sales question, so please don't direct me to the online premium support site.

Also, who ever tested this submission system was on drugs.... Try it as a user without an account (pay particular attention to the TAGs field). 'New users' can't create tags, but its a required field for submission.

"Edit" your message to just ask what you want to do, and some experienced people are certainly able to help you with what you need.

And yes, this platform is pretty new and has a few minor inconsistencies. I'm sure these will be worked out soon.

What you need for hosting will depend on a number of things, but you always need:

A domain registration
DNS hosting - for DynDNS that's Custom DNS
Somewhere to host the services, such as a Spring Server VPS

What services you need from DynDNS will depend on what you already have. As RotBlitz said though, if you say what you need we'll probably be able to help you. If you want to contact DynDNS they do publish a phone number, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's only staffed during office hours.
