I HAD REGISTERED A SITE "WWW.MEGADREAMCORP.COM" THRU AN AGENT AROUND 8-9 MONTHS FOR 3 YEARS, WE NEVER USE, LAST 2 MONTHS THIS AGENT CLOSED, NOW WE WOULD LIKE TO START TO USE THIS SITE, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE ALL DATA LIKE DNS PASSWORD...ETC. IS THERE ANY WAY WE CAN GET ALL INFN BACK SO WE CAN RE-ACTIVE THIS SITE???

Your domain is still registered. You have to contact support with proving that you're the right owner of this domain, e.g. with documents or correspondency you got from your former agent.

Yes, it seems to be registered under a false/invalid name and address, with DynDNS as the registrar.

Unless you can prove your ownership of the domain to DynDNS, it is generally not possible to reclaim it. Your best option is probably to get a hold of the consultant who registered it for you.
