Please I need help to.. I creat my ddns account and I can see my cameras from the pc normally, but into the same network. so when I access my http:dominio.dyndns.org, I do my login, change the configurations, but I never see the image, I always see like a "wrong image", in all network tha I access, in my Job, in my mother's house, in the lan house. There are a number of possible reasons and unfortunately you haven't provided enough information. You'll want to review the other questions such as this one and this one and either you're not using port 80 or the host name you've provided above isn't active right now. The most likely problems are to do with port forwarding (covered here) or because your router won't actually forward the port it uses for management (covered here). |

If you can reach the camera/DVR without problems, but only the video is not showing properly, then it is probably best to contact the manufacturer for support. Only they will know for sure how you can solve the problem. |
