Custom DNS with MX

Hi,

I purchase Custom DNS (al-mobarak.com),I have some questions:

1- I already have mail server I just need to forwarod mails to my server using (MX record) I will give you example to make it clear:
- I was have domain in godaddy and under MX record I put my static IP so any mail come direct to my server, in my case now I don't have static IP but I want to make same method.

2- how I can upload my website.

3- how I can make subdomain and appointed to dns and special port

In case your mail server is behind the same IP address as al-mobarak.com, you don't need an MX record at all for your *@al-mobarak.com e-mail addresses. Else your MX record, e.g. mail.al-mobarak.com must point to a host/domain name with an A record.
No idea, this depends. Where do you host your website? Please note, with domain registration and DynDNS Custom you didn't get any webspace for your site.
Simply create a subdomain record being an A record pointing to the right IP address where the content of this subdomain is hosted.
In case you want to redirect to a special port, create a subdomain record being a WebHop redirect like:

sub.al-mobarak.com --> http://www.al-mobarak.com:8080/subdir/
