I am signed up for Mail Relaying and as part of that, there is Spam and Virus protection. I opted to enable these and my email box is much cleaner but unfortunately TOO clean. I was told that legitimate emails are being blocked and so I turned of spam protection and all is good again. My question is: Can I whitelist domains and if so, how? |

MailHop Relay? You have a relatively fine degree of control. If you were to remove all the DNSBLs (which I wouldn't recommend, leave at least the PBL and ideally the XBL) and set the Discard Limit to 25 you should never have legitimate emails discarded. The item I linked to gives you the full range of tuning options. |
