General DNS & Domains Dyn Email Update Clients Dyn Developer

I'm having isssues getting to the setup of my dyn.dns URL. We have some cameras that we have setup from our resturant and i'm trying to get to the " : 2550" setup, but i'm redireceted to the "The webpage cannot be displayed" I have yet to go through the configuration. The likely cause is said to be

•Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed. I have everything installed and done, but i don't get what i'm missing. It just won't go to the setup page... If you have any help, it would be appreciated! Thanks!

It looks like you get a HTTP 404 (not found). And yes, this means that no web content (document) exists at the location you went to.

Not sure what you mean by "i'm trying to get to the " : 2550" setup". Do you mean the port number like yourname.dyndns.org:2550 ?

If you want further assistance it would be best if you revealed your DynDNS hostname and the ports your cameras are supposed to listen to. Else we can only refer to this guide for troubleshooting.

Not sure if this is true for you...but my ISP (in Texas) only allows ports greater than or equal to 8000 to be passed on to my gateway/router.

But the OP is located in Kansas City, and the ISP is SBC Internet Services.
