i can connect to my cameras using computers in my workplace, but i cannot connect to my dyndns account from home, internet explorer says it does not exist. was working fine, then my internet got cut off and then reconnected. now i cant get anything. |

Where are your cameras - at work or at home? Have you configured port forwarding and fixed IP addresses for your cameras (see here for a guide)? Does your hostname still exist and does it still resolve to the correct WAN IP? |

I just had the same problem. I found some information on http://dyndns.com that said you may need to set up port forwarding for UDP for video. I used the same port as TCP and an hour later it was working fine from home. If port 80 doesn't work, you can use port 85 for both. Also make sure the ports you are forwarding reference the IP address of the camera/dvr. That was my first mistake. |
